Hi, I’m Jess. I’m a technical content developer and former software developer based in Hamilton, Canada. I write tutorials, guides, internal documentation, and developer courses that help people understand complex tools and work more securely online.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked at several tech companies, including Daily.co, Notion, and 1Password. In my technical content roles, I’ve written dozens of developer tutorials, including how to build real-time video and audio apps with WebRTC, React, Vue, Svelte, and React Native.

In my current role as a staff content developer at 1Password, I write about cybersecurity and developer tools, and I publish a monthly company developer newsletter. I also specialize in effective knowledge management to ensure public and internal resources stay up-to-date.
